We collect essential patient identifiers, phone numbers, and optional prescription files to correctly book and schedule diagnostic scans. We perform scans in full compliance with diagnostic clinical safety protocols.
2. Diagnostic Record Retention
Radiology scans, image records, and final clinical reports are stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant database. Access to report files is restricted strictly to you and your referring doctor, accessible upon validation of your mobile number.
3. Prescription Upload Data Security
Prescription documents uploaded via our online appointment booking portal are processed using encrypted SSL transfers and stored inside access-controlled server modules. These files are deleted automatically once the clinical appointment is verified.
4. Cookie Policy & Web Analytics
Our site uses cookies to ensure stable browsing experiences, preserve selected form options, and track anonymous visitor traffic using web statistics. No personal clinical information is tracked or shared with third parties.
5. Patient Communication
We use your registered mobile number strictly for booking confirmations, scan preparation alerts, and secure links to download clinical reports. We do not engage in promotional spam.
